In a separate bowl, combine After cream begins to simmer, turn off the flame and temper (pour slowly to prevent the eggs from curdling) above ingredients into egg yolk mixture
You will need (6) 6 oz ramekins placed in a
9 x 13 x 2” deep (or 4”) baking pan or dish.
